To add a manager who will work as an online consultant, you need to add a new team member and assign them the appropriate rights.

To invite a new team member, go to “Settings” > “Team members” and click on the blue button at the top right, “Invite a new team member”. Then fill in the form and set the necessary rights for the new operator. To enable them to communicate with visitors, give them full access to “Communication”. The rights to other sections of Convead can be set at your discretion.

The new team member will receive your invitation by email. They will be able to log into Convead and configure their own profile – upload their photo and choose the name which visitors will see.
