How to connect corporate mail

Connect an online consultant. To do this, click on “Settings” > “Modules”. Select live chat and click “Email settings”.

This is followed by the settings for the most popular email clients. If your client is not in the list, contact the database or mailer’s technical support with the request “Forwarding/forwarding of incoming letters”.

Gmail

Open Gmail on your computer. Sign in to the account you’d like to forward emails from. You can only enable forwarding in your Gmail inbox. This feature is not available for groups or aliases.

  • In the upper right corner, click the gear icon.

  • Click “Settings”.
  • Click the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.
  • In the “Forwarding” section, click “Add forwarding address”.

  • Enter the address specified in Convead.
  • Click “Next” > “Continue” > “OK”.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the specified address. It will come to your Convead chat. Click the link in the email.
  • Re-open Gmail to send emails, and update the page.
  • Select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to addresses”.
  • Specify what to do with copies of emails in the box from which they are sent. We recommend that you select “Save a copy of the email in your Gmail inbox”.
  • Click “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.

Yandex

  • Open the menu “Settings” > “Incoming mail filters” and click “Create filter”.
  • In the “Apply” section, select “To all messages excluding spam” and “With and without attachments”.
  • In the “Forward to address” field, enter the address specified in Convead.

  • Click “Create filter”.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the specified address. It will come to your Convead chat. Click the link in the email.
