SPF record and DKIM signature of Convead’s mailings

All of our mailings are automatically signed by SPF and DKIM. Both of these records are correctly configured on our primary domain and pass all checks. You do not need to configure SPF and DKIM yourself!

However, if you want to set up your own SPF, DKIM, and DMARK records, and also exclude the sendgrid.convead.com domain from the service headlines of your emails, we can make this happen.

To do so, we will need to allocate an additional separate IP address for you and set up your account at this address. After that, you will need to configure your domain accordingly (you will need a specialist).

A dedicated IP address means that your account’s reputation will be completely separate from the reputation of Convead.
