Installation instructions for Convead on Ecwid CMS

1. Install the Convead application on your Ecwid store.

Important! You must have a paid Ecwid plan to connect successfully. You can see the rates here.

Find the Convead plugin in the Apps section. Click on it.

In the opened window, click “Install”.

If you have multiple accounts, you’ll see this window. Select your account and click “Connect”.

If the installation is successful, you will return to Convead and see “Account connected to your Ecwid store”.

2. Make sure that the plugin is installed correctly.

Make a trial purchase. The order should appear in the admin panel of your store. The order will appear on Convead’s funnel 30 minutes after you leave the site.
